Hey kittens!

So the other day Ryan and I took a random trip to Banff! If you don't know where that is it's about an hour or so away from Calgary and it's the cutest little place up in the mountains and it's basically magical! I thought I'd share with you some photos from our trip (PHOTO HEAVY)!

We decided it would be fun to go up the mountain! There were only two ways up, one was walking up the mountain and the other was taking a gondola so we chose that route!

Here's a photo of the expensive gondola ticket, can you believe $40 for one person just to take a 5 minute ride up the mountain?! Regardless it was fun!

Up we gooooo...!

It was an amazingly beautiful view on the way up, but also a little frightening!

I was working Ryan's GoPro the whole time so there will be a video up eventually!

So I didn't realize.. but we had to walk ALL the way up to that tower thing! It was a super tiring walk because I am so out of shape haha, but regardless it was super fun and the view just kept getting better and better!

Some more mountains..

And some more..

I guess people were allowed to write whatever they wanted on this one section of post, we didn't have a pen to do it.

Continuing our walk all the way up..!

And now skip to some cool Elk we saw!

There was a huge herd just chillen, eating some grass, it was so cool to see.

As you can see it was pretty large, but this wasn't even all of them!

I guess that's all the photos I have from the camera, not the GoPro. If you're ever in the area I 100% recommend that you go and visit Banff! There are many wonderful things to see there and wildlife if you're lucky enough!

JUST PEACHY | MOTD February 25th

Hey kittens!

This look was created using Urban Decay's Naked 3 Palette which features rose gold tones. The eyeliner is my forever go to Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner in Black. Eyebrows are as usual Anastasia Brow Dip in Ebony!

I used Trick and Buzz from the Naked 3 palette. I applied Trick all over my eyelid and then took Buzz and blended that into my crease.

STUNNA | MOTD February 24th

Hey kittens!

Another MOTD here! I'm trying to do them everyday that I wear makeup!

This smokey eye was created using Urban Decay's Naked Basics palette, for the lips I used Lime Crime's Red Velvet Velvetine.

Who doesn't love a smokey eye and classic red lips?

Hey kittens!

I have an awesome online store to show you today which I think you'll find simply adorable! It's called Frostaholics and the owner Kara decorates all these delicious looking things! You can see everything HERE. She decorates things from contact cases to soaps that you think you want to eat to phone cases and tumbler cups! Now I've personally never owned anything like this before but have admired this style from afar for a long time.

I have three things I can show you and they are a phone case for my iPhone 5s, a little purse mirror, and an adorable Hello Kitty tumbler cup!

I wasn't sure how I would feel having such a big phone case with little things all over the back of it but it's surprisingly comfy to hold and doesn't add any extra weight to the phone. The details on this phone case are so adorable. Every phone case is unique and you can ask to have a custom one made. Mine has pink and green frosting with everything from little gems to colourful pearls to a bow and a green M&M! She has amazing details like the frost dripping down the side of the phone case to add that extra effect!

Next up is the adorable and completely purrfect in every way tumbler cup! It's Hello Kitty which is my absolute favourite and it looks like it's made of cake! What more could you want?! I've included a front and back view as there are two sides to the tumbler with different Hello Kitty's on it! The top consists of green frosting ontop of a layer of white frosting. It has a cute little rainbow, a pink bow, a little blue skull with a crown on it, and tiny pearl hearts and many other things!

Last but definitely not least is the absolutely cute purse mirror! It's a very compact metal flip mirror which is layered pink, white, purple, and then covered in green frosting. It has a huge pink bow, some flowers, a rainbow, and a giant heart as well as a bunch of other little cute things!

Overall Frostaholics is purrfect! I absolutely adore that Kara made all of the colour schemes match and everything feels really nice to hold! Frostaholics is located in Los Angeles so international shipping does take the normal two weeks but it's well worth the wait. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality is impeccable!

Hey kittens!

This look was created using the Lorac Mint Edition Collection I bought a few months back.
I used all of the colours wet so that they were extra bright!

I first applied the lightest colour all over my eyelids up to my eyebrows as a nice base. I then took the blue colour and applied it all over my eyelid. After that I took the purple colour and blended it into my crease. From there, there was a lot of blending and perfecting. I used my iPhone camera so the quality isn't the greatest and doesn't show the gradient as well as it actually was!

I lined my lips with Revlon's lip liner in Ravenous and then applied the darkest colour from my AW03 palette all over with a lip brush for perfect precision.

My eyebrows are as purr usual Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade!

Also wearing my new Fresh Looks coloured prescription contacts in Brilliant Blue!

TRUE LOVE | Products I Love So Far This Year!

Hey kittens!

I thought it would be fun to write a little blog about the products I've been loving so far in 2015. Although we're only just two months in it's a good start because I usually love products for a long time, at least a few months!

1) Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner in Black
As you may or may not know I am OBSESSED with this liner! I literally cannot get enough of it haha. I use it basically everyday and it never fails me. My eyes, for some odd reason, likes to smudge any liner I wear up into my crease, EXCEPT this liner! I enjoy very dramatic cat eyes so it's extremely important to not have my eyeliner move an inch. This is forever my go to!

2) MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15
I only recently tried my first MAC product awhile ago but I've been hooked ever since, especially on this foundation. Unfortunately I am currently out of it which is honestly so sad and I've been really missing it. I definitely need to replace it ASAP or it may be fatal haha!

3) Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara
I've been using this mascara for quite a few months now and it's lasted me a surprisingly long time which makes me really happy. Who doesn't love when their products last a long time? It gives me crazy long lashes with no effort really, and they always look flawless.

4) Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade
This is the holy grail for eyebrows, in my opinion anyways. Literally, once this stuff dries it STAYS there, you can even try to wipe them away and they don't move. They look fierce and with sharp lines and it's great for doing a gradient at the head of your eyebrow if that's your thing. The product itself lasts a long time if you're using the right amount! I've had mine for months, to be honest, past it's open jar time! Whoops!

I hope you enjoyed the products I am loving so far this year, I do use them all everyday and they haven't failed me once so you know they're good!
Hey kittens!

Today I am back to share a few cutie housewares that are available at Blame Betty that I feel like I totally need to match my already creepy cute decor.

First up is this adorable little Monster Tea Set featuring Frankenstein's Monster tea cup and a cutie little matching saucers. I drink tea almost every day so this is absolutely perfect!

Second up is an Arsenic and Cyanide Salt and Pepper Shaker Set, I don't have a salt and pepper shaker set yet as we don't use salt and pepper much but I think I could definitely make an exception for these cuties. I'm not sure how I would remember which is which though..

Last but not least these Tea Towel Set in X-Ray Skeleton. I already do have a little collection of spooky tea towels but these are a little bit more fancy than them and more decorative. The ones I have were from Target during Halloween! These would definitely look cute hanging off of my oven!

Hey kittens!

Well looks like it's Valentine's Day today so I just wanted to wish you a good one whether you're spending it with the ones you love or alone!

Treat yourself to a yummy dinner, maybe a nice relaxing bath or a good movie.. or 5, maybe some spooky ones!

Hey kittens!

I saw this and HAD to share it with you, how could I not? It's everything I love in ONE BOX! The website has created this creepy cute and not to mention delicious chocolate box just for the one you love! It is sadly out of stock and will not be back in stock as they shipped out on the 9th but regardless it's adorable so I am sharing.

This box contains:
- White Chocolate Bones and Skeletal Hands
- Blood-red Velvet White Chocolate Candies
- Hazelnut Praline Tiramisu
- Caramel-filled (andanatomically correct) Hearts
- Peanut Butter Cup Coffins
- Coconut Candy
- Malt-filled Swiss Chocolate
- Passion-less Fruit with Fragrant Vanilla Bean
- Jumbo Speculoos Skull
- Jumbo Peanut Butter Cup Skull
- Cookies and Cream White Chocolate Torso

It costs $87 and you get 19 premium hand made chocolates which sound absolutely amazing and I am actually kind of upset I missed out on this! Perhaps next year?

Hey kittens!

So I'm sure you're all wondering "what in the heck do I get the one I adore for Valentine's Day?!" Well fear not I am here to help! I have 5 awesome ideas that you simply cannot pass up!

1) Pizza 73 sells heart shaped pizzas that day, so if that's your thing, pizza and love, it's perfect for you! You also get a 2 for 1 movie pass which is pretty cool too. Pizza is simple and delicious and it's something you can share together.. or not.

2) Maybe they like jewellery instead? Something from Tiffany & Co never hurts! It's a little pricey but nothing says "I love you!" like something shiny! A ring pop would work too I guess, on some people anyways!

3) If your special someone is into cars then obviously car parts wouldn't hurt either! But if you are on a bit of a budget there is always chocolate shaped like car parts or tools!

4) Then of course there is makeup! A gift card to Sephora or MAC would work just fine for you makeup lovers out there. Who doesn't appreciate going to their favourite store and splurging a bit without hurting their bank account.

5) Last but not least, and my personal favourite. If you're easy like me, a yummy dinner and some quality time together will work out just fine. Spending it with the one you love!

Remember it's not about the gifts, it's about the love! Not that Valentine's Day should be the only day you pamper and show your love but it's a pretty good excuse to go a little above and beyond!

Hey kittens!

Have you seen this yet? I just did because I received an email from Anastasia Beverly Hills and I am absolutely in love! A WHOLE BOOK just for contour and highlight?! Yes please!

Unfortunately I obviously don't have the book in my possession so I will just have to show you through photos from their website.

This book retails for $150 which is an awesome deal, making each contour $5.15. There's 29 different shades of contour and highlight together making it the ultimate contour kit, especially if you're a makeup artist, this would be perfect in your kit!

It's Limited Edition so if you want this baby you better get on it quick!
